The model shown here comes in different semi-gloss lacquered colours, see "product versions". These chairs are equipped with chrome-plated legs, are lightweight, and stackable.
This compression moulded veneer chair is the advanced version of the three-legged Ant Chair, which was designed by Arne Jacobsen as well in 1952. The four-legged, stackable chair of the Serie 7 collection could be seen as the climax of veneering technology. With the legendary shape of this chair the visionary Arne Jacobsen maxed out the possibilities of veneering. Serie 7 is Fritz Hansen's collection with the greatest applicability.
On request and with surcharge the Serie 7 chairs are available in the seating heights 44 cm and 48.5 cm.
