The Wired Switch Companion requires a compatible Leviton Decora Smart, Decora Digital or Decora, switch, dimmer or fan speed control to function. It is compatible with Leviton Decora standard and screwless wallplates (sold separately). Dual voltage, a neutral wire is required for installation. White face assembled on device with ivory and light almond faceplates included. Change the color of the companion at any time by ordering a new faceplate (DDKIT-S) in white, ivory, light almond, gray, black and brown color options.
